Even before my consultation, the staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had before my consultation. During my visit, the Dr. took his time to really explain and answer any questions I had. He and the staff also informed me if I had any additional questions, I could call anytime or even go back in to visit. I had never been offered this kind of customer service before. My experience was so wonderful that I immediately told some of my colleagues that were interested in having some plastic surgery done!
