Occasionally, I have somebody come in and they just say, “I want to be as big as you got. Put the biggest implant you got on. And the answer is, it’s going to be the biggest implant that fits. There are differences in the implants that are not just volume. The diameter of these two implants is very different. And so if you were a skinny little narrow person, this might be the right choice. If you got a wider chest, this might be the right choice. But if you say, “I want the biggest possible implant”, it’s going to be qualified as the biggest possible implant that matches your breast diameter, because if it is wider than that, you get side boob, you get back boob, it just doesn’t look right. How big is too big? That’s the limit to what’s anatomically correct.
